a good stay in a perfect spot

attentive service central location complimentary pastries fresh space

The staff were amazing. they provided genuinely great service. the location was central, made exploring easy. the complimentary pastries and coffee in the lobby were a treat. the room was cleaned daily. I always returned to a fresh space.

The stairs were a bit challenging with luggage. I wish there was an elevator.

complimentary water cathedral view superb location

the staff provided complimentary water refills IT WAS a great bonus. i appreciated the view of the cathedral lit up at night from MY balcony. the location was superb RIGHT across from the carmo catherdral.

the stairs to reach the rooms are quite numerous.

restaurant recommendations endless espresso afternoon service

The hosts were super helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. Endless espresso and pastries were available, I really loved that. My room was cleaned each afternoon, it was such a nice surprise!

The stairs to reach the hotel are many, I did not expect that.

chiado delight, an amazing find!

attentive employee special stay accessible location convenient location

I loved that ram, the hotel employee, was super attentive. he really anticipated my needs. i think the hotel should recognize employees like him more, he. the location shines, too. Everything felt accessible and convenient!

Honestly, the stairs were a bit much after exploring all day. it's something to consider if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, there are a lot of steps. Just be prepared for the climb.

superb location ready staff wide selection

the location was superb close to the best spots. the staff were available and ready to assist with any requests. i found the cleanliness perfect and was impressed by the attention to detail. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and tasty options, a great way to start the day.

the street noise at night was noticeable!

The staff was friendly. My room included a spacious bathroom. The bathroom had two separate sinks. Breakfast had tasty eggs.

The plumbing could be a bit loud sometimes.
